Solution:

Change SecureFile database feature to BasicFile for log segments:
  1. Edit $CONTENT_DOMAIN/ucm/cs/config/config.cfg
  2. Add entry UseSecureFiles=false in the config.cfg under addtional variables
  3. Save File and restart Content Server
